Threadify policies
Privacy Policy
Last updated October 1, 2026
This policy explains what personal information Threadify Apparel (“Threadify”, “we”) collects when you use threadifyapparel.com, request a quote or place an order, and what we do with it. We collect only what we need to make and deliver your order, and we don’t sell your personal information.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, organization, shipping address, order details, notes, and the logo or artwork files you upload.
- Payment information: card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and never touches or is stored on our website. We receive the payment result, your billing address and the last four digits of your card.
- Information collected automatically: basic technical information such as your browser, device and the pages you visit, collected by our host (WordPress.com) for security and site statistics. Your cart is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it’s still there when you come back; we can’t see it until you check out. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies; our Cookie Policy lists everything the site stores.
How we use it
- To make your order: ordering your garments, digitizing your logo, sending proofs, producing, shipping or arranging pickup.
- To communicate with you about your quote, order, proofs and delivery.
- To take payment, calculate sales tax, keep business and tax records, and prevent fraud.
- To keep the website secure and understand how it’s used.
- To send occasional news or offers only if you’ve asked for them; you can opt out anytime.
Who we share it with
Only with services that help us run the business, and only what each needs:
- Stripe, our payment processor, which also calculates sales tax.
- Our garment suppliers (such as SanMar), to order the blanks for your job. They receive order details, not your payment information.
- Shipping carriers, which receive your name and shipping address.
- WordPress.com (Automattic), which hosts our website, and Web3Forms, which delivers quote and inquiry forms to our inbox.
- Our accountant or legal advisers, or authorities when the law requires it.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t share it for others’ advertising.
Your artwork
We use the files you upload only to produce your order and proofs. We keep your artwork and the stitch file we create on file so reorders are quick; ask us anytime to delete them. We may photograph finished work for our portfolio or social media; if you’d rather we didn’t show your order, tell us and we won’t.
How long we keep it
- Order and payment records: as long as tax and accounting laws require (generally up to 7 years).
- Artwork and stitch files: until you ask us to delete them.
- Quote and contact messages that don’t become orders: up to 2 years.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (except records we must keep by law). Email us and we’ll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights; we honor these requests for everyone.
Security
Our site runs over encrypted HTTPS, payments are processed by Stripe, and access to order information is limited to the people who fulfill orders. No method of storing or sending information is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect yours.
Children
Our website isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. Group orders for youth teams and schools should be placed by an adult.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted on the website.
