Embroidery

DTF Printing
Full-color, photo-quality transfers with no minimums. Perfect for one-offs, small batches, and intricate multi-color designs.

Embroidered patches you can iron or sew on, great for uniforms, hats, clubs, and limited drops.

New embroidery designs are digitized in-house for a one-time $35 fee, refunded if we have already digitized that design for you.

We email a proof showing your design, size and placement. Production starts only after you sign off.

We produce everything in-house in Federal Way. Most orders ship 5 to 10 business days after you approve your proof, and local pickup is free.

Threadify is a custom apparel shop based in Federal Way, Washington, built by longtime friends Justin Kaiponen & Alex Chan. What started as a love of making things turned into a full decoration studio, and you'll often find us set up at local markets, totes in hand, talking shop with customers.
We run everything ourselves, so the person who takes your order is the same person stitching it. That means honest advice on which method fits your project, careful attention on every piece, and a finished product we're proud to put our name on.
No surprises, ever.
Every quote spells out exactly what you'll pay (the blank garment, the decoration and any one-time fees) before anything goes into production.
- Garment prices shown up front: every product lists its real starting blank-garment price.
- One-time $35 digitizing fee for new embroidery designs, waived when you reuse a design we've already digitized.
- No minimums on DTF printing: order one shirt or one hundred.
- You approve before we produce: you see a proof and the full price before anything is made.
- No hidden fees: the price at checkout or on your quote is what you pay.
