Our Story
Threadify is a custom apparel shop based in Federal Way, Washington, built by longtime friends Justin Kaiponen & Alex Chan. What started as a love of making things turned into a full decoration studio, and you'll often find us set up at local markets, totes in hand, talking shop with customers.
We run everything ourselves, so the person who takes your order is the same person stitching it. That means honest advice on which method fits your project, careful attention on every piece, and a finished product we're proud to put our name on.
What We Do

- 3–5 business day turnaround on most orders once your design is approved.
- No minimums on DTF printing: order one shirt or one hundred.
- One-time $35 digitizing fee for new embroidery designs, waived when you reuse a design we’ve already digitized.
- You approve before we produce: clear pricing and timeline on every quote, no payment up front.
- Free local pickup in Federal Way, or we ship anywhere in the US.
